at this point in the timeline, there is no questioning the above....

one could easily argue "doomed" regardless....

has anyone who voted for Benson actually been in a conference w/ him as commish?

Just maybe former NFL player Merton Hanks in CUSA commish in training and we just do not know yet(I think he would do a good job and has a better personality then Judy)...Obvious Judy wants out especially if we start emailing her what a crappy job this conference has done...

For all the ragging they do on him on the belch board, he's done a good job on their fill in picks. One thing's certain, belch presidents wouln't touch Judy with a 10 foot pole.

I wouldn't be so sure. They hated Waters just as much if not more than the WAC hated Benson and most were less than pleased with the hire from the jump, yet here are.

Benson, as much as I dislike him, has done a whale of a job since losing his top two All-Sports programs in MT and WKU

MT and Western dominated the SBC All-Sports trophy from 2001-2014, the year MT entered until the year Western left (MT won 9, Western won 5)
