It is all of the CUSA university presidents. They are her "board of directors."

Well if we are starting a list on who to fire.....

1. Presidents
2. AD's
3. Coaches
4. Fans
5. Commissioner

President hires the AD's and the AD hires the coaches and the fans do not support their teams...so with little winning and not a lot of fan support. How in the hell does the Commissioner get past that? Especially in a time when the bottom is dropping out of college sports in attendance and viewership and dollars to pay for showing it.

I don't know much about Judy MacLeod other than she is dreadful to watch in a press conference and has as much enthusiasm for Conference USA as a corpse. We need a snake oil salesman to hype the league up and get us more exposure.

In 2 years, we will have been together long enough to legally split and drop the dead weight. You need 5 teams together for 5 years to start a conference. MTSU, WKU, Marshall, ODU, UAB and bring along Charlotte, LA Tech, and USM. That could be a pretty good 8-team conference in both sports. Basketball schedule would be balanced and everyone plays each other in football.

My wife and I sat center court right behind the scorer's table and the commissioner sat in front of us a good bit during each of Marshall's games. Wednesday and Thursday she showed no interest in what was going on and sat there on her phone throughout the game.

This conference is doomed and there's nothing she can do about it.

Give more time ya spazztic zealots.

I told her to do whatever it takes to fix basketball and she had a puzzled look on her face.

A 8 team conference does not make for a balance schedule. You need 9 for that to play a 16 and 8 game schedule. Then you lose the conference championship game in football....

I'm sure the presidents in CUSA kind of like having at least 1 Fla. school in the conference.

Not true. The amendment passed last year says that a conference with less than 12 members may stage a conference champion as long as they meet one of two additional conditions: Conferences that want to play championship games must either play their championship game between division winners after round-robin competition in each division or between the top two teams in the conference standings following full round-robin, regular-season competition between all members of the conference.

As long as we play a full round robin, then the top two teams may meet in a championship game, a la the Big 12.
