Dems would fillibuster and McConnell does not seem to want to eliminate the fillibuster to allow it to pass.

We can debate whether if he should or not, but he is not going to do so.

But what I didn't say is that I was six years old when I made the determination that it was good. That came later from a retrospective perspective.

And yes, I know that medical advances in the last few decades mean that health care is objectively better today. But the system seemed to have worked better back then. Let that system deliver today's care and we could have the best of both worlds.
