So your beef is with the NAACP? Are you fighting for her right of racial self identity? Do you know anything about her biological parents? How she was raised? When she discovered her own racial identity? How her parents support her?

I think you're making a mountain out of a mole hill dude, who gives af she consideres her own racial self identity, theres a problem there but it isn't a big one, like john said, she's probably got some screws loose.

The whole trans issue is a mountain made out of a mole hill.

The hypocracy has been pointed out.

Not surprised Tom didn't comment in this thread.

Would you honestly hire her? I sure as hell wouldn't. Also is she a professor? If she has a degree and can't find a job holy hell she must have some screws loose

If she is telling the truth? She is a truly the worst interviewer in history. Im surprised that she turned down the reality TV. Id think it would be perfect for her.

Rachel Dolezal believes she is a trans-black. If she undergoes pigment reassignment should she have the same rights to scholarships opportunities restricted to other blacks and black females? Would she be allowed to apply for her old job?

Did you just say "trans-black"?!?

Woman obviously needs a psychiatrist. I wish her luck.

the only thing that has been "pointed out" is your own ignorance and bigotry.

it is proven beyond all doubt that transgender is a very real thing that impacts people. people have committed suicide over this so to imply it doesn't exist with this trans-race comparison only proves what liberals say about the GOP being nothing but a but a bunch of bigots.

this isn't a dispute over bathrooms or sport participation where you can have some cover from the bigotry accusation. this is straight up bigoted right up there with the notion that there is no such thing as homosexuality.

How dare you strip her of her agency and use something as stupid as genetics to decide what race she is....

Honestly though, my interracial kids could pass for native american.... hmm....

Nobody has denied that gender identity disorder is a real thing that impacts real people. The difference is this:

One subset of society has decided to embrace this dysphoria as being "real" and going so far as to advocate for giving adolescents who suffer from it life altering hormones.

The other subset of society believes you should not shape policy in such a way to validate a mental delusion.

The same conversation is coming in regards to Racial identity disorder.

Dr. Jeremiah Brockyard, a professor of psychology and sociology at Harvard University, has said that Racial identity disorder – otherwise known as racial dysphoria – is a real and valid condition affecting millions of Americans.

“These people (at least one in ten Americans) genuinely believe in their heart of hearts that they were born with the wrong skin color, but they’re afraid to admit it to anyone because most people think it’s a ridiculous idea,”

Quote:this isn't a dispute over bathrooms or sport participation where you can have some cover from the bigotry accusation. this is straight up bigoted right up there with the notion that there is no such thing as homosexuality.

Again, straw man...
