There's certain programs that you pick against in the first round every year when filling out your bracket. Mine are Vanderbilt and Cincinnati. It's worked out VERY well for me every year.

Do I have to bring up NCAA tourney records? Cincinnati is the definition of over-achieving in the regular season and under-achieving in the post season. That is why UCONN is elite and Cincinnati is not. #KnowYourPlace
