“Democracy Dies in Darkness.” WaPo New Slogan
[Image: Screen-Shot-2017-02-23-at-12.25.44-PM.png]

Quote:In a statement prepared by spokesperson Kris Coratti, WaPo revealed that the slogan was something they'd been saying for a long time about themselves:

“This is actually something we've said internally for a long time in speaking about our mission. We thought it would be a good, concise value statement that conveys who we are to the many millions of readers who have come to us for the first time over the last year. We started with our newest readers on Snapchat, and plan to roll it out on our other platforms in the coming weeks.”

The fact that public criticism of the presidency is now notable on a worldwide scale, I'd say that we're very much still in the light as a nation.

And we've escaped the darkness that the NYT and WaPo and other MSM created by refusing to discuss the failings of the Obama administration and HRC.

Credibility dies with the Washington Compost.

WTH are they trying to do, anyway? Audition for movie title writing?

Using the word journalism in conjunction with Washington Post is comical.

I find their motto to be very accurate, since the publish their slanted "opinion stories" in black ink.
