RE: Game 28 - Towson 7 PM Thursday 2/23
A couple key stats from last night:

1) We had 14 offensive rebounds.

And this is against a team that only allowed 8.0 offensive boards per game in CAA play entering the night. It also wasn't just the bigs collecting these offensive boards; guards Mosley (2), Ingram, Bryce, Flemmings, and Fornes all collected O-Rebs on the evening. Very impressive effort and totally goes against the argument that we're a pure "finesse team", or as Pat Skerry called us, "f*cking soft".

2) Towson had 6 assists and 15 turnovers. We had 14 assists and just 8 turnovers.

This was mostly expected given the stats coming into the night. But it still displays a significant difference between the 2 teams in style and explains why Keatts' system is more successful than Skerry's. Towson hasn't learned that you MUST share the ball in this league. And when you don't do it effectively, it can also lead to turnovers. A few of the times we tried to go 1 on 1 against the Tigers, we ended up turning the rock over. So that lesson goes both ways. We're at our best when we're playing unselfishly and constantly moving the rock.
