What Tubby Really Needs Right Now
Is a basketball commitment.

It's always easier to suffer the present if the future is bright.

Those first 3 for 2017 were nice, but he needs a doozy 2017 big man or an even bigger doozy from 2018.

Something to shift the focus.

Even if he does if he's not pretty much NBA ready then he'll have to go through that freshman year. Then D Lawson is gone and there's no one even close to replace him. Just looks like treading water.

I agree. Is there a 2017 that would shift focus? I'm not abreast of that stuff.

Naaaa.... There's other guys on the team right now who can catch and dunk. They wouldn't be AS productive as DL, but they're not chopped liver either.

Playing in a G5 conference 10 loss seasons won't get you anything but maybe into the NIT..... maybe. Lost 12-13 and probably not even that.

Just write a check and go play in the CBI, I guess.

Tubby needs a leader on the floor to settle the team when the team is going south or get on teammates for bonehead plays or fire up the team when the team is playing sluggish - an Antonio Anderson type player. I really see none of that in any of the players.
