Call an effing timeout for the ever effing love of timeouts effing sake. Did not call one time out the entire second half tonight until two minutes left and a 17 point lead given up. You can't take the rap for a previous game and not calling a timeout during a 25-2 run and then go and do the same effing thing tonight.

I have been on the tubs train this entire time. But this is ridiculous.

I wonder why coach doesn't believe in taking a TO just to calm our players and to halt the flow of scoring from the other team. Maybe he wants them to play through it but it doesn't make a lot of sense with the team we have.

It's concerning. That along with his age. I'm anxious now just to see who Tubbs can bring in, who he can keep and next years schedule. This season is a lame duck now.

Actually I think Memphis called a TO when UConn got under 10 at about the 13 min mark of the 2nd half.

I don't think the timeouts did much good.

Now if you want to jump Ollie for not taking one the entire first half as we made our run, go ahead.

If you're looking to complain about tonight, go after the perimeter D. It was terrible.

Here was the timeline of the 2nd half:

14:44 Memphis built their biggest 2nd half lead of 15 pts (49-34)

After a UCONN timeout at 12:36 (became the media timeout when Memphis was up by 9) Martin's turnover at 10:09 when the lead was cut to 8 and Tubby called a 30 sec timeout. (That next UCONN possession, they hit a 3 to cut lead to 5 but Memphis had it back up to 10 pt lead with 8:20 left in the game).
