Sean Kilpatrick autobiographical article
The Enquirer has an article (http://www.cincinnati.com/story/sports/c.../97887476/)

that links to the article Kilpatrick wrote.

"Coach Cronin came to Fitzburg to watch me work out and told me he wanted to offer me. I made an official visit to Cincinnati and it was one of the best experiences of my life. It was my first official visit to any school, and I just knew I wanted to go there. I was on the plane coming back to New York from Cincy and I texted Coach Cronin, “This is where I want to go. I want to commit.” And he says, “O.K., great. Let’s get the paperwork finished.”

Great article. For those who haven't checked it out, the players tribune is an excellent sports blog. They have a bunch of articles from both current and former players (from all sports) that often give excellent insight into their lives. It makes for a much better read than all the hacks on ESPN who have no idea what these guys go through on a day-to-day basis.

That pic of Killa makes him look so old. i wonder if that was intentional (not necessarily in a bad way)?

RE: Sean Kilpatrick autobiographical article
I happened to tune in and catch SK on with Mo yesterday afternoon for about 10 or 15 minutes. Listening to Sean makes you very proud he's part of the Bearcat family. Well spoken, thoughtful and extremely complimentary about Coach Cronin. Simply stated, he loves his University. He's a great ambassador for UC and I couldn't be happier for him averaging 14 points in the NBA and living his dream.

Mo brought up retiring his UC number and during that discussion both seemed to suggest that will happen soon. Perhaps UC saves that one for the grand re-opening year at Fifth Third?
