It's $25 over 7 games - not even $4/game as a season ticket holder, what's to complain about? I just don't understand why it takes a 12 page email attachment with essentially a study behind the presentation to announce such an insignificant increase. Simply increase the ticket prices & make the announcement. IMO, the increase could have been doubled that announced with just a simple announcement & state when tickets would be for sale.

I agree. The bottom line is that I still think I'm getting a lot of bang for my buck.

Football Prices Going Up
Bought my season tickets today and moved to the visitors side. I want to be on camera. Tell me about chair backs and the leg room

Only been in the home side chair backs but they have decent leg room, I'm 6'4 and it's fine but I sat in the back row of chair backs and they had a few more inches of leg room, that's where I want to be.

I agree. I think there were people on the fence who wanted to wait a year and see what Norvell would do. He had a great first year and we are returning a lot of players so we should be even better this year. I would expect an increase in sales from some of the people who were on the fence last year.
You know, what they ought to do is offer some token discount for returning season ticket holders. That'd put a mad rush on by those that "one day will get around to buying season tickets." Or lock in your season ticket rates for 10 years this season! As long as you renew every year, your prices will never go up, but they will go up for newcomers every one of those 10 years. I bet that would put pressure on season ticket sales sompin' fierce!

I'm 6'5" so that sounds right for me. How about width? Not that I'm heavy.

Because Memphis is a notoriously cheap city. We are a gameday walk-up fan base. Getting better slowly with each winning year but the more you win the higher the expectations.
The stadium is bigger than our needs and there is always a ticket to be bought. There are tons of tickets on the street. Where do those come from?
You are correct that the hike needs to be higher and it will go up again. Our season ticket base needs to grow to 25,000 and TSF from football only fans needs to grow by 5,000. If that happened it would give us likely less than $2,000,000 extra dollars, which is a drop in the bucket compared to what we need. It's hard to estimate since you don't know what price ticket people will buy, or what donation above $100 they will give or how many will do either or how many we lose because they don't like the hike, or are made because of Tigerlane parking costs or whatever.
We are program that is currently doing a lot with limited income and running at a deficit.
