247 is missing Reece Goddard, Scout is missing Jaylen Hall, and all 3 are missing Kaiser Carleton but he is a grayshirt and won't technically count until next year.

Interesting.

Thanks for posting.

Considering the players who decided to follow Fleck to Minny, and the late hire of Lester, I am pleased with the ranking.

04-cheers

Wow, looks like we ended up doing pretty well.

247sports, I think, has the best overall ranking system. This has me excited. That's some pretty major separation between us and #2.

Nice class for Ball State and EMU doing quite well (for their standards).

RE: Composite Class Rankings
Our average player rating is actually higher than both Ball St and Bowling Green, who are ahead of us, but they have more players so higher ranking. I would rather have higher rated kids than more kids.

True. If those kids are added I bet we move up, probable by a few spots.

I think I read that Lester and his Staff are hanging onto a couple of schollies for 5th year transfers and walk-on's who surprise. That's a great strategy in my view.

Bummer, well, we're in a post-fact era, so facts don't matter. LOL

Bottom line WMU is still very strong personnel wise and would expect another victory over cmu in 2017. A strong showing with 2018 recruits and WMU will be in contention for the MACC, and of course beating cmu will become a yearly tradition.
