Very good raw athlete with size. Played S, WR, RB, LB his senior year. Could end up anywhere, but looks like Neathery will try to develop him into a Hybrid LB or Safety.

Probably redshirt. Will be interesting to follow his career.

Is that (athlete with size) a theme of this year's DBs?

CC called it length and made frequent mention of it.

I like this kid. Notice he mentioned Justice Williams as well. Get kids like this, and Grissom, and the staff should be able to start making much deeper inroads into local recruiting. Especially if they like their EMU experience and they also show up on the field. Cass Tech obviously loaded with D1 players every year, and these kids communicate and network via social media constantly. Our coaches should really expand their social media presences to tap into this opportunity. It's huge in recruiting now. Either get on board, or get left behind.

Agree 100% - Boyd will be a great addition to the program.

I hope Justice Williams can make an impact this year, the D-Line appears deep for this fall. Glad they rotate a ton of players without much change in talent.

what is interesting about this list for Hubbard is that the list is longer than his arm but EMU was not on it... Amazing when you think of it.

If this kid is as legit as his offer list, he could play immediately. As a starting corner, or at least in nickel packages.

All depends on how much improvement our 2 true freshmen corners from last year show in Spring ball.

Perfect size and athleticism for a middle backer in our system. Will be 6'2 225 by start of season. We're deep right now a LB, so we could probably redshirt him if we wanted. Would love to see him develop into a 4 year starter after a redshirt year.

Are there any good kick returners in the class? EMU hasn't had a legit threat on KOs in a few years.

Have you looked at the highlights of our DL?

What I saw looks good. Some of them can move and persue.

CC mentioned two recruits who might help with kick returns. I'm sorry, but I don't recall who they were.
