he's probably got an escape clause (if he doesn't he should sue his agent). the bunch more nervous than a cat in a room full of rocking chairs is Florida Atlantic. Lane Kiffen and Kendall Briles on the payroll isn't a good look

Unfortunately Baylor will skate free (well it will cost hundreds of millions) but football will be fine

The thing that baffles me about this.... is schools like Baylor or SMU get gutted/slammed on all this illegal activity yet somehow Texas ect.... get off scot free...

Yeah...Baylor football will likely get a slap but we got hammered for much less. UT is dirty as hell, as is A$M, but neither of those schools was running a rape camp. I hope the DoJ kills Baylor.

The least of Baylor's worries is the NCAA. 52 alleged cases of rape (although many have been verified with complete trials and settlements) and almost ten title ix suits filed already. There will be more. There's always more.

If Kendall was telling recruits that, there's no way Papa Bear Briles wasn't aware. None. They are filth. Scum. Honestly, fines and payouts aren't enough. The adults who covered this up need jail time.

Yep, worst case he can ride that crap storm to financial freedom even if it ends up just being a couple years. I am sure if he left Baylor he could find a job but bottom line he is set up for life now.

You can add them to the list of schools that I have zero respect for along with Pedeophile State U. I hope both baylor and psu lose every game against anybody they play.
