Anouncing entire new coaching staff one at a time every 15minutes. Starting 8:30AM. Started with Kevin John's OC/QBs then Jake Moreland co-OC/OL

I love our offensive coaching personnel, and especially Moreland as Co-OC and OL coach.

Anxious to see how we use Ernsberger and the other TE's. That is the only beef I've ever had under our previous offensive coaching staff is the lack of creativity with the TE position. I understand the value of having a great blocking tight end, but never thought we used that position enough with play-action fakes and taking shots up the middle/downfield.

Johns and Moreland are great hires. And having Lester in charge of QBs is comforting. Retaining Kenney is also huge, as he's been great at coaching up guys like Beavers, Moton, Okorafor, Ernsberger. Evans was also very successful at Dayton.
