Zach Terrell is about to play in the Shrine Game.

Keion Adams plays in the NFLPA Bowl at 4:15 EST today.

Taylor Moton plays in the Senior bowl next Saturday.

He has nothing left to prove. Already projected 1st round in the draft. Don't want to risk injury.

Toledo players have played well so far. TE Roberts and OT Norton.

Cooper Rush in there now and playing decently well. He's only thrown short, quick passes so it's hard to judge.

Also, USC DB is down on the field with an apparent knee injury. Hate to see that, but that's the kind of thing I'm talking about. If he's hurt, he just killed his NFL chances.

And now a UCLA DB is hurt...geez

USC SS just went down with a knee injury. On a nothing play. Bumped off TE and the pass went to opposite side of the field. Hate to see that. Makes no sense for a projected top half of 1st rd player to risk anything now.

I don't understand how he is on one team and CMU QB is on the other. Was Battle Creek the dividing line for the east west shrine game?

Oops. Shows what I know.

Zach's receivers not helping him out. Missed seeing an open guy. Throws a little off. Tough in these games to run a smooth offense with just one week of practice. Cooper Rush has looked good.

Yeah, there's a lot of gray area in these games.

For example, there are two Louisville players lined up against each other in the Shrine game.

Terrell's receivers in this game couldn't catch a cold.

The offensive timing was off in the first half (I didn't see the second half, I switched over to the NFLPA game).

I saw one particular play where it looked liked Terrell rushed his progression. He did a quick pump-fake and threw a slant or an arrow or something that the kid dropped, but the inside "pick" receiver continued his route into a wheel and was wide open as soon as he turned it upfield.

Not sure how the play was supposed to look, but the whole thing appeared rushed or disjointed. You don't see too many pump fakes and then the slant gets thrown. Maybe somebody ran the wrong route and ZT was just trying to make lemonade out of lemons.

The NFL coaches watching this game saw all the things we saw and then some. Terrell won't be held accountable for mistakes in the OL and his WRers, he'll be graded on things he can control. When you hit a receiver in the hands with a pass and he drops it-I'm sure the NFL types will give Terrell an 'A' on those incidents.

Taylor Moton has played really well in the Senior Bowl. Toledo's Kareem Hunt has also been great.

Moton, Hunt...would love to see the Lions get one or both. Throw in the Toledo TE too!
