I know right? Ain't gonna lie. When FAU dude said "If our facility (he spelled it wrong I believe) took a dump it'd be FIU's (current stadium I'm guessing)" I was rolling. All I could think of was 1. A comic drawing of a stadium with legs up on it's haunches crapping out a little stadium. 2. A kid on the playground telling another kid his dad could beat that kid's dad up.

I enjoy that kind of hate. It was good to me. I know it was off track of the OP but I can relate to that kind of hate of a neighbor.

The fact you are saying our 40 million dollars (which is only the first phase) building is just us catching up proves how delusional you are.
Since square ft is so important to you ours will be 96k and yours only 50k. Just accept we have a nicer newer football building, next to a nicer newer football stadium, in a nicer city.
Our donors write better checks and you are going to have to come to grips with that.

After claiming recruiting greatness for 3 years that results in 3 wins per year and 1-2 against us in those 3 years, you think he would learn to tone it down a bit. 03-lmfao

'beed this could be the first year both programs are justified in having high expectations. Just making the most of it lol. It's still only hope and expectations so yeah, "tallest midget" right now.

Signing day should be very interesting in Florida this go round. I expect both programs to have a couple last minute surprises, especially on the O & D lines.

WKU has lost about 14 commits, so Feb. 1st maybe a complete surprise to a lot of WKU fans...

It has been even the last 4 years.

Also you make it seem like FAU missed on those classes.
As I said the talent at FAU might be one of the best in the conference many have agreed on the forum.
In the end Charlie wasn't a good gam day coach and we played with two starting seniors last year and three JR's
You can't win playing freshmen and sophomores.
What happen to FIU last year? You had experience on both fronts and experience at RB and QB.

No problem on this end. I was very happy with what both schools did in their coaching searches. I enjoy scrapping. I even enjoy other folk's scrapping. Ya'lls scrapping is as natural a road being named the Orange Blossom Trail in Orlando. It fits right in.

I'm very excited to see how Butch Davis closes this year. Exciting times to be a Panther.

I could understand how, considering the dearth of legitimately exciting times there have been to be a Panther, flipping a kid we plucked from your backyard would be considered "exciting".

Congrats.

Oh, this is just the start. Let's see what happens come Feb. 1. Butch has some big-time recruits he is rumored to be leading. I just don't want to count my chickens before they hatch.

We still have like 4 or 5 very good 3/ 4-Stars guys we are fighting schools from higher rated conferences. Hopefully, we land at least a couple of them to make this a very, very strong one. Butch Davis appears to still have his recruiting pitch in form. Hoping his evaluation skills are still as strong as they've always been.

Exciting times to be a Panther indeed! Go Panthers!

Good luck to all our C-USA brothers this week as well.

I could understand how, considering how long FIU has been a "sleeping giant", you wouldn't want to count your chickens before they hatch.

I'm a long time defender of both FAU and FIU, but neither of you, with or without Butch Davis or Lane Kiffin, make me nervous.

What the hell is happening with Marshall recruiting???? Usually this time of the year we are calling bull**** on them landing big name recruits with SEC and ACC offers. This is usually Marshall's strength...big recruiting.

If you guys are curious how a CUSA team would compete in the Big Ten, we may find out here in a few seasons as Brohm has 12 of our commits flipped to Purdue and I am afraid he is not done getting our guys...

damn! sorry.

I was just talking in the backyard with my neighbor. They're huge Purdue fans as their dad went there. I brought up ya'lls coach going there. He said "doesn't matter. we suck because there are just big cultural issues with chemistry there. no new coach will help." I'll be keeping my eye on them for a year or 2 to see if he's right.

So what? Like most of us, football players have trouble with chemistry in college because they had problems with "the maths" in High School.03-lmfao

Same story with how a MAC team would do in the Big Ten. WMU's class is all flipping to Fleck.
