We will be fine, glad we have a large city & kids are starting to want to stay at home. If Frank Wilson leaves then it might change but until that happens our recruiting will continue to shine.

Let's state the obvious: Kiffin could not give a crap about these things. University commitments, public announcements, all kinds of charity crap that all coaches have to do. He probably wants to get to coaching and all this other crap matters to him as much as that video.

You are correct. I counted at least 5 splices/cuts in the video where it had been stopped/edited and restarted. Apparently Kiffin couldn't remember his lines even though we're only talking about a short elevator pitch to fans. Geeez.....how tough can it be?

This has been happening for years, recruit commits to a "smaller school" and gets dropped a star or two. Tale as old as the beginning of time.

I understand what you're saying but this was different. They don't just reassign the minimum rating of 70. And as I suspected, they re-evaluated 3/4 kids. For now, FIU now has the highest average 247-composite rating in C-USA. I see FAU still has some kids with a rating of 70, so maybe they will surpass FIU when it's all said and done, but I'm quite pleased with FIU's class. It's a little small, but now the coaching staff has a lot of room for early enrollees come December.
