I had no dog in this fight. Good to have Lester back. I'm OK with this hire. There's never been any doubt about the fact that he bleeds Brown and Gold, unlike our last coach. Let's see what he can do. GO BRONCOS!!

Lots of folks were mad with Fleck. It's Lester so let's give him a shot. He might be great or he might be average. Good news is, he is all about the Broncos and I like that.

Got to support Lester. I am underwhelmed but hopefully he proves us wrong.

Hopefully he does not go back to a pass happy/soft offense Ala Cubit style. If we go back to the days of second and one and not being able to get to the first down, I'm going to jump off a bridge.

Back to a pass happy offense with no defense

This frankly does nothing to keep up the momentum we had in recruiting and fan support.

I join everyone else in wishing Lester and the program the best but I'm not terribly pleased with a hire of someone that would be on no other FBS program's short list, following a 13-1 season. As some others have said this reeks of a return to the Cubit years.

Agreed, I hope we're just not going to chuck it around all the time, either. I love the balanced attack.

I'm so tempted to say:

"Well cMU, you're welcome..."

But, I want our program to succeed!

I want a strong 2017 season!

I want a win in Cali!!

I want a win in East Lansing!!

If anything, Tim bleeds Brown and Gold... but will that be enough?

I think one thing we will have is a coach committed to Kalamazoo.

Indeed, it is what it is, no more pouring over candidate names and tweets. I'm as underwhelmed and concerned as any, but let's see what he can do. Will cheer him on and hope for the best.

I wonder if he'll run up and down the sidelines between quarters?
