Uconnboneyard is starting to look pretty good lately. If they can hold on and beat Gtown, I can see them going on a good run in conference

UConn blew a 14 point lead? Ouch. Now 7-10.

Another 14 loss season in the offing. Fifth since 2007.

Of course, three Final Fours since 2007 as well, including two titles.

On the bright side, we covered the spread.

UConn's Geno Auriemma on Huskies' record 91-game win streak. 'A loss is coming, I don't know when. Until then let's enjoy this'

The merciless machine that is UConn women's hoops just beat #SMU 88-48 for its 91st straight win, an NCAA record.

Tulsa beats Temple on a game winning layup by Sterling Taplin that left only 3.9 left on the shot clock. Shizz Alston had a huge game for Temple though (25 points).

UCF beats Houston 77-70 to improve to 4-1 in league play. Houston falls to 4-2. Rob Gray, Jr. had a hell of a game for the Coogs with 28 points.

I was surprised when it happened. Temple had 3 guys close buy and Taplin just ran in amongst them. Guy got a hand up but it was too late.

I think that was more of an offensive win than a defensive lapse. If you look at the replay, Wheeler makes like he's going to set a screen just as Taplin starts his drive, but Wheeler quickly does an Ole! and sprints out of the way. The other guys had to stick to their man or there would have been an open shot on the perimeter. I wouldn't feel too bad if I were a Temple fan. There were a ton of positives this afternoon for them.

The only positives were Shizz Alston and Alani Moore's defense. Other than that, that game was a trainwreck only further illustrating that we need a new coach.

Memphis playing with a loser hangover. 30-22 at the half Memphis leading. Hopefully they play with fire in the 2nd half

Memphis wins 62-56. Memphis played their starters the whole second half. Our guys were fading. Next season can't get here fast enough.

Markel Crawford with half of Memphis' points. I'm glad he had a huge game tonight.

With UCF only up by 3 pts with around 50 secs left in the game and the shot clock winding down...BJ Taylor lobs the ball up to Tacko just as the shot clock is about to hit zero...and Tacko slams the ball thru the net and does this to the shot clock:
