Will not know the details of the series until next week but I doubt its a 2 for 1 in favor of App St. I believe it will be an even series. But then again we do have a dumba** AD so I wouldn't be surprised.

Nice all that talk from ECU about a two for one or just away and neutral was horse crap. Glad its and even never bow down to a G5.

I think it will be 1 in Boone, 2 in Greenville and 1 in Charlotte with App getting the ticket $. Plus App will still have 6 games in Boone the year the game in Charlotte is played.

Earlier talk was 2 in Greenville, 1 in Boone and 1 in Charlotte if I remember correctly. It sounds like that is the case based on the "incentives" App will get from the Charlotte game.

My interpretation is that the series will be:

Charlotte (App State "home" game)
Greenville
Boone

The report never says that the games will be held on the campuses the same number of times.

A game in Charlotte is, for all intents and purposes, a home game for App. From a fan perspective, it is a much easier location to get to and should actually work out to the advantage of App fans who would usually not be able to attend as many true home games. With the large number of fans being around the Charlotte area, this will help save money for certain.

That's right.

I still hate the idea of sacrificing a home game with a G5 team, but getting the entire gate will at least help.

Well done. That is a great set up.

I'm excited about the series. Plan on making it to both Charlotte and Boone, and should be fun. It will be a good thing for both schools and the state as a whole. Hopefully we can combined draw 40-50k in Charlotte. Obviously the "giving up a home game to a G5" thing has been discussed at length but there is no comparable circumstances for any other G5 except for UNCC vs ECU. The Chalotte game will be great for App financially and for gaining further traction in the Charlotte market. I have little doubt that future series will be on completely even footing.

If the pattern holds, App would still have 6 home games, as they have in their first three years as an FBS program and are scheduled to have in 2017, 2018, and 2019. I'm assuming this means there would be only one true road game out of conference the year App plays ECU in Charlotte.

Would make sense to have the Charlotte game first. I wouldn't be shocked to see 30k App fans at the game.
