Man, I look at that video and I see kids who have been starving for legitimate coaching. So sad in retrospect but yet so exciting for them and us for the future!

Does the NCAA allow organized "practices" like this?

Who is the guy leading the group in mid-video.

I noticed that the shot of Luke Fickell did not show him in the same frame as any players.

That's the new strength and conditioning coach. And yes, this is allowed by the NCAA...as long as no football specific practices occur.
