Question about the Chick-fil-A ticket deal
Just got 4 for $44 deal, and there is nothing on the printable tickets about where to go to retrieve our Chick-fil-As in the arena, or that we even paid for the promotion. Have any of you reading this gotten them? What was your experience?

I would call the ticket office to ask, but the guy I just spoke to about it sounds like he knows less than I.

RE: Question about the Chick-fil-A ticket deal
Okay, so after 2 phone calls, one to the UofM ticket office, and one to the FedEx Forum Arena, here is what I have gathered.
1) There is no Chick-fil-A vendor inside FedEx Forum.
2) You have to actually go to the UofM ticket office to retrieve your Chick-fil-A coupons.
3) You cannot bring food into the FedEx Forum.
4) I just bought 4 tickets ($44) when I only needed 3 ($36) to save $12 at some arbitrary Chick-fil-A dining experience totally disassociated from the game-time experience.

I totally believe you. But I have been all over that site looking for anything describing the "promo", and the ONLY thing I found was the initial drop-down menu when I was purchasing the tickets to being with. I chose 3 tickets in section 211, and the drop-down said "premium." So i said to myself "hmmmm.... what is there besides "premium"? So I clicked on the down arrow, and that's is the first and only time I saw the words "Chick-fil-A 4 for $44 family day". I searched and searched, and finally had to call the ticket office to confirm that the USF game was, in fact, "the family day." Which is also a misnomer. There is no particular "day." You can get this every "day."

So I clicked on your first link.... no info to be found. Clicked on the second link... so. I would have had to click on the "News" domain and shuffled through a bunch of news stories to find this information? I'm sorry, but that is not a good enough dissemination of information. The "deal" should be explained via a link when purchasing said promotion. Although I see that the "deal" is in fact better than I thought after reading the particulars. It is for 4 meals, not 4 sammies. Still....

Thanks for the link, though.

My son is a big fan. I personally like the Chick-fil-a sauce.

You don't have to shuffle through a bunch of news stories

Google is your friend. Just type in "Chick fila Memphis Basketball" and it will give you the direct link to the story.

Sweet Sriracha sauce.

I actually thought I saw a chik-fil-a vendor at club level. Might be wrong though.

Wouldn't matter. A FE vendor is not in the business of giving away food for business card sized slips of paper. Unless it is an actual Chick-fil-A, and not a concessions vendor second-hand selling product like most concession stands are, they wouldn't be accepted.

RE: Question about the Chick-fil-A ticket deal
So is this restricted to actual families or any group of people who wants to go to a game. Saya guy and five of his buddies want to attend game. Does one go say hey it is me and my wife and four kids and get 5 tickets and meals for $66. Or does he just say i need 6 tickets as part of the deal.
