Then who's the best coach for Paxton to develop under? Reports have Kubiak stepping down after this season.

Someone said Fuente would go NFL one day. His demeanor and management would work well. I just don't see it.
And, yea, Kubiak has already stepped down. But, no to Elway. Don't trust him as a coach.
Josh McDaniels, lol? Does Todd Haley deserve another shot?
What about a Defensive coach like Sean McDermott, and hire Norv Turner as the OC? Norv is widely knows as one of the top OC's and young QB developers.

I agree. It seems the reasons many media observers thought Va Tech was a great fit for him would go against a move to the NFL. Va Tech is a high potential, low pressure job for a guy that just wants to coach. He doesnt appear to need or want high profile distractions and non football bs that coaches are expected to do, incumbent at like a Michigan or Texas.

I wouldn't exactly call VT low pressure. I don't care where you are, it is freaking tough to replace the guy that built the program for all-time.
They are a large P5 fanbase. They will get mad if Fuente doesn't win.
