Totally agree. I'll take the guy who has the respect of his players and are coachable every day. We're seeing that this season. It's gonna be a fun ride. Let's watch Keon and Rivers develop over time. Maybe we'll find some depth sooner than we think.
That IS the one glimmer of hope with this team in regard to the NCAA tournament -- a coach who can develop players. But can he do it that fast and that well? Only time will tell. Would be a heckuva feat for this year. I think he would earn conference COY without a doubt and have a shot at national COY, particularly after taking TT to the NCAA's and earning Big XII COY last year. Let's pull for back to back miracles!
