I haven't heard about ticket sales so I don't think it is sold out.

Here is a decent place to start with some good info for visiting fans: http://www.scout.com/college/navy/forums...ide-thread

You will not be able to park in the stadium parking lot as those spaces are sold out to season ticket holders. You can park at Germantown Elementary School (about a block & a half away) or pay to park in someone's yard. Feel free to ask any questions.

Not sold out yet, but the only available on Navy ticket site are SRO on the north end zone hill. StubHub and SeatGeek seem to have sidelines around face fro 30 to end zone...I didn't look at upper. Visitors side is Gold, usually sections 25,26,31,32,125,125,131,132.
You'll probably be able to find extra tickets in the lots tailgating - announced attendance should be at/above capacity, but temps in the 40s may cool down enthusiasm.

Good point. It may be desirable to be on the visitor side (Gold side) because that will be in the sun for the whole game. Since the stadium is dug into the hill, the cement gets cold in there when in the shade.

Make sure you see marchon and flyover (helos this week...) 1137 is marchon time if you're not in the habit of being in your seat early to watch warmups.
Other than the game, and especially if you're only there Saturday, walk around the Yard and pub crawl in Downtown Annapolis. Can provide additional info for specific tastes or timeline

Go to Chick & Ruth's Deli, eat a corned beef & pastrami sandwich, wash it down with a milkshake.

Then go down the street to the Ram's Head Tavern, been operating since the 18th century

The church on the corner by the stadium has a lot of parking and good tailgating but you need to get there early.

No precip in the forecast and apparently very little wind. That's a good sign for our offense.

Hopefully touring USNA goes without saying. Memorial Hall is not to be missed. I also recommend the museum in Preble Hall if it is open. Among the other things, Preble Hall has the table upon which the Japanaese surrender was signed.

RE: Going to Annapolis this Saturday..
Chick and Ruth's is great for breakfast. Iron Rooster also - both might be packed on a gameday morning.
If you're coming in in the morning, I don't know off hand how early church etc parking options start. You can just go to downtown and try your luck at the public garages downtown in the morning OR park at the Truman Parkway park n ride (a couple exits West on 50) and get bus into downtown. (They also run shuttles to the stadium, but for game time I would go with church/elementary school/ yard parking )
Anyway, if you're on Main St or Market for breakfast, walk over to Gate 1 - photo i.d. and metal detector and you're on the Yard Memorial Hall and the example midshipman room in the rotunda of Bancroft Hall; see Tecumseh painted up; chapel and John Paul Jones also high on the list; Preble Hall museum good, but maybe doesnt fit a morning walkthrough.
Easy walk to stadium from the yard.
Class of '91 tailgate is in the NavyFest area, right where the mids turn to march into the stadium. I'll buy you a beer. You can watch the march on there a little, then hustle in for the finish and "hat trick" of march on
