They won't announce any results until CA voting is closed which is around 11pm.

They could announce Trump prior to that.

He doesnt have to prove that. They have to prove these people were in line. He can prove the polling station broke the lwa by remaining open after the laws of the state dictated them to be open.

Thats why when you see long lines at the polls, you have poll watchers get in the last spot at closing time. Anyone after that, you cant vote.

Police cars had to be used to get in the traffic line for some republican primaries this year, because the cars were backed up for blocks. No problem, put a cruiser as the last car in line, and if you are in line before him, you get to vote.

There are procedures for handling this. When you violate the procedure, you break the law. And when your only chance of winning depends on breaking the law, your candidate sucks.

Actually your wrong. It is common practice that if you are in line at the time when the polling place closes, that you still can vote and that is not keeping the polling place open. So that is why he will have to prove they are not in line at the time the polling placed closed. But you are right if they kept it open and still accepted people that is the issue.

However judge has already ruled no its mute

If FL or NC is called for Clinton, you can hit the DVR. If they go to trump, the networks make nice ad money.

They won't because the polls will still be open out west. Lot's of down ballot races.

They will announce Trump the moment he crosses 270.

they will announce every state once they think they can make a call. The down ballot doesn't mean anything to the networks.

And he will need AK and ID to do so they won't be making that announcement today.
