A) Govern more like the NY Democrat that he really is at heart and has been for years

or

B) Immediately climb into bed with the Republican establishment that you all hate so much (cabinet appointments and such) because he has no ******* clue how to run a government, and because whatever ground game the RNC ran for him is likely what got him elected (again since he had no clue how/inclination to do that kind of thing).

Are neither of these extremely likely outcomes of concern to you?

Here's your bill of goods buddy.

Government workers now outnumber manufacturing workers by almost 10 million

Quote:Government employment grew from 22,216,000 in September to 22,235,000 in October, according to BLS, while manufacturing jobs dropped from 12,267,000 to 12,258,000.

The 22,235,000 employed by government in the United States now outnumber the 12,258,000 employed in manufacturing by 9,977,000.

Shameful, banana republic shameful.

That is a HORRIFYING reality.

We don't need to be making indigo jeans and 3 ring binders or whatever, but we better start doing something else other than reselling crap from all over everywhere else.

It is simply an unsustainable reality that more people working for Government, regardless of how worthy many of those jobs may be, than those actually making some product of tangible value the entire system will eventually collapse. Toss in the many-times excessively bloated pensions and ridiculous idea of people "retiring" at 55 and pulling a 80% salary or whatever it may be for the next 30 years and forget it.

Can't be done, and it's only going to accelerate as the years tick away with more and more people retiring and fewer people paying in in any significant way.

The chickens are coming HOOOME to roost.

22,350,000 work for the local, state, or federal government. 1 in 15 Americans out of the 318,000,000 total citizens.

159,000,000 is the size of the workforce. 1 in 6 people in the current workforce work for the government.

How many of those other 5 in 6 people have jobs that are heavily dependent on government? Outside Contractors, Vendors, etc.

You're probably looking closer to 40,000,000 people total that depend on the government for their job.

Yup, this is is not going to last much longer...

I was going to say something about the 9 line bind we'll be in when the next world war comes around, but hey, our enemies will never have to fire a shot. We've dismantled our borders and opened up our elections to illegals. That's a road to nowhere and we're driving 120 with the lights off at night.

Looks like the govt worker line crossed the manufacturing line back in the late 80's early 90's. Here is the graph from the link that someone shared above:

That is the most frightening thing about this election. They know it and will still vote for her.

Which is worse though? People are voting for Trump and DON'T know what they're getting.

Paul, knowing what we already have we know that's not the way we STILL want it to continue. So go vote for the Screecher.

I don't want the screecher in the WH so why in the **** would I go vote for her. Same damn reason I opposed that ******* Trump... I don't want Hillary in the WH.

Do you all still not understand the anti Trump reasoning? WE DON'T WANT HILLARY!!! Plus he's a lying fraud.

This stupidity of continuing to tell people opposed to her to go vote for her is asinine. It's the Trump fan boys who gave her a shot at it. They gave her votes.
