Now, I remain 50/50 at best on whether I think he'll stay or not. Absolutely can't begrudge anyone who accepts an offer to 3-5x their salary.

But trying to set all obvious WMU bias aside... there's just something different about PJ that makes me think he may stick around longer than you'd traditionally expect. That will certainly still require more $$, of course.
