Smh
Agreed...
It is not that hard to take a couple of telephone calls and still do your job...

while I like the line, I don't understand it

We are playing a ranked team in Annapolis, not in Memphis

something broke with either the venue or the team

Fuente is looking for another job already? Or was Herman shooting for Va Tech last year?

I doubt Fuente is job hunting but I guess if Texas calls you have to talk right?

I have no idea, TigerNole79 usually has good info that is why I asked...

I have heard he is on their list, I honestly don't know anything other than that. BUT, I would bet that since LSU has already fired their coach, IF Texas is planning on making a change (which I think they are), then they are already shopping!!!

We had a horrible D coordinator so that is the Navy game...

We had Houston killed but blew it so that one is not preparation...

Temple was just a let down since we were out of the running for everything.

I thought they would be a short favorite...game actually started as a pick Em. So money has been on Memphis.

Maybe we struggle...but...this ain't Alabama folks. Relax a little.

Navy did get a week off last week due to Hurricane Matthew cancelling their game with ECU. So, they had another week to heal any injuries from the Houston game.

That is sure one way to look at it.

I will just say that I have heard MUCH different versions of what happened from people that were very close to the situation.

You guys must be new here - what you're supposed to do is vaguely refer to something in a post and then never expound or substantiate whatever your post alluded to

RE: Memphis Navy line
I am not a gambling man, other than an occasional Powerball ticket. If I was, I'd have wagered the Tigers to cover the 12.5 spread last week. Then, instead of reveling in a Tiger W, I'd have been immensely upset when Tulane scored the late touchdown.

That being said, this is highly unusual, right? Navy is in top 25, playing at home and recently beat the #6 team in the country. Yet, the unranked road team is not only favored, but the line has increased in Memphis' favor. I know the line follows the money, so obviously there is a significant amount of betting on the Tigers.
