Well this has been a week for me. I haven't been in here much because of work and because of a very special woman from a long time ago came back into my life and I have spent all week working and talking to her. She is not a football fan but has agreed to go to a football game with me. Black Friday would be a great game to take her to. I wanted to watch this game so much but, to me she is and will always be more important than any sports game.

A woman over football? I am gonna have to call a time out with 10 seconds on the clock.

CMU students are louder than ours.
CMU announcer can't pronounce Jarvion. SOUND IT OUT *******.
CMU fan behind me was booing the targeting call after Thompson collapsed on the field...man I wanted to turn around and start something.
I love how we are running the ball and KILLING it in turnover differential.
Our D Line looked MIGHTY last night.

I'm really proud of this team. They battled a rough start to the game. They battled the refs all game. They simply came out and performed.

I don't think I've ever seen such a complete team at WMU. This was such a dominant performance over our rival....there's not much more to say. This is a special team.

I just watched it again and it was great!

I also just finished watching it back. I wish they'd shown more of our fans that showed up (myself included). We were making a lot of noise down there and barely got any face time. It was basically like a home game after halftime.

I was trying to figure out who seemed more disappointed about this game...Coach Bono or the white hat. The closer you got to the end of the game the more depressed he sounded as he was announcing the penalties on CMU.

Fabian Johnson's 4th down run in the 4th quarter is at 2:17.48. The replay is from an end zone camera and shows just how dominating the WMU offensive line was. Nothing fancy, just up the middle and the line opened things up like the Great Gates of Kiev. Beautiful!

The TD run on the next play capped an incredible 95 yard drive with the Broncos not even attempting a pass and with reserves at almost every position. Whoa, just whoa!

I rewatched most of the game. I'm just amazed that we had our 2nd and 3rd stringers in for the whole 4th quarter and they still dominated CMU's starters. Granted, CMU's guys were tired and demoralized by then, but our lines were just dominant. The offense pushed down the field, running the ball the whole time. The defense was getting sacks and pressure on Rush. We played a bunch of true freshmen and we had freshman walk-ons in at center and cornerback.

What a completely dominating performance. Man, it gets me excited for this game against NIU. It's payback time!
