I wouldn't say that they're robbing people of their right to vote, BUT they are manipulating the vote in their own way under the guise of "fair elections" and such. In NC evidence was presented in court showing that our general assembly got data on what consequences the law would have based on race and tailored the law to it.

So again, I'm not going to say that they are robbing people of their right to vote, but they are gaming the system in their own way.

the court saw fit to telepathically ascertain the motives of an entire state legislature. it was a massive overreach.

It wasn't the entire legislature. Just the process of creating the law. I'm sure the entire legislature had nothing to do with the drafting of the law. Just a few players
