Looks like it's all built around their practice facility

They were, but who cares. Does the NCAA even exist any more except to pick up a check for the basketball tournament.

The NCAA rule is just that is can't be more than 49% athletes living there.

They have to have a certain number or ratio of "regular" students that live in them but I imagine that students like grad assistants and what not count toward the regular students. It is easy to get around basically.

I used to live at Oliver Hall right next door to where they built that. The land they used used to be the women's soccer field. next to the baseball stadium and Allen Field House. Back in the day, the athletes used to live in this hellhole called Jayhawk Towers. When you went into the parking lot you could always tell which cars belonged to the basketball players.

They'll move some of the football team in there to balance out the percentages...

They are copying Kentucky. They have 15 basketball players and 15 of their best friends in the dorm. Cal was the first to figure out a way to legally scam the system. Always one step ahead of the law. He is shady but he is also very smart.

Are the dorms mixed genders now? I used to be skeert to pass or go into the Biz Building.

Can't imagine being in a dorm with a bunch of testosterone junkies.

That might be a great idea!

Have the cheerleaders in the same dorm as the football team 50-50%

My friend would live somewhere else even if his name is on the lease. My actual roommate would be a revolving door of girls. Kinda like blondes living with Jack and Janet.
