It's funny; when you read ole miss boards they talk about how cocky and insufferable our fanbase is after last year but virtually every tiger fan I know is optimistic yet grounded regarding this game.

I've see them reference us as "the poor man's vandy" which is hilarious because their tradition post-Archie and pre-full throttle cheating era was the poor man's vandy of the west. For years they were an optimistic cruise control W on the schedule of a majority of their SEC brethren with a few years of competitiveness.

They have horses now (as they should based upon the NCAA rumors) but the delusion that their fans have regarding their history is astonishing.

I know our competition has SUCKED, but our defense is looking pretty strong in terms of points allowed but especially in takeaways. If we can win the turnover battle, we will keep it close and who knows what might happen. I know they shouldn't overlook us since we whipped them last year, but I hope a lot of their guys have it in their heads that "We should have beaten Florida State - we should have beaten Alabama - we just destroyed Georgia - Memphis has no chance".

I just wish we could take 60 or so points from last week down to Oxford.

We can win this.
