AAC Scheduling
How does the schedule rotate for the opposite division. Cincinnati has played
Memphis 4 times (counting this year)
Houston 4 times
SMU 2 home and away
Tulane 1 away
Tulsa 2 home and away
Navy 0

I understand not all schools joined at once, but are Houston and Memphis Cincinnati constant rivals or will they too rotate?

RE: AAC Scheduling
Playing the opposite division flips every 2 years. So next year and the year after we will play SMU, Tulane, and Navy home and home.

RE: AAC Scheduling
the first AAC season was a random schedule. when divisions started, the 2 season on/off began for your non-division opponents. that's why you saw anomalies like Memphis playing at Temple in Philadelphia 2 years in a row. In Cincy's case, Tulsa, Memphis and Houston will roll off and Tulane, SMU and Navy will roll on next season. Memphis will lose Cincy, Temple and USF next year and pick up UCF, ECU & UConn

Correct. There were also some abnormalities due to teams leaving and entering the conference (teams either left the conference, entered the conference, or both--- in each of the first 3 years of its existence). That threw off the natural rotations as well.

the first 2 years had its own rotation, a completely different rotation was made for when divisions started ...
