I would have deep sixed Penn State, UNC, MiamiFL, and now Baylor for at least five years. There has to be severe penalties for pedophilia, rape, and even drugs/hookers on yachts, and fake classes/degrees. But the ncaa won't do it and so there is no real penalty for cheating.

In addition to Houston, Dickson had also considered Oregon after getting his release from Baylor. That release prevented the receiver from transferring to another Big 12 school. Whether that stipulation remains in play given his enrollment at UH is not known.

Wonder now since he had already ENROLLED at UH, could he now legally transfer to another Big 12 school?

If you go to the baylor fans website there are so many delusional fans that think its a lock tom herman will be there next year.
