As the original article noted about the Big 12 "Transfer Rule":

In addition to Houston, Dickson had also considered Oregon after getting his release from Baylor. That release prevented the receiver from transferring to another Big 12 school. Whether that stipulation remains in play given his enrollment at UH is not known.

Wonder now since he had already ENROLLED at UH, could he now legally transfer to another Big 12 school?
