Post game interview with P.J.
Coach Fleck says the Georgia Southern could be the toughest opponent Broncos play all year. Last year they pummeled Bowling Green, our conference champion, in their bowl game.
Georgia Southern has Breda, their running back, returning and both of their QB's as well as many of their regulars and some new transfers.
Very interesting from many perspectives.

This will NOT be an easy game.

I agree. We should have won the last three games and we did. I'm not impressed.
Toughest games of the season all happen to be remaining games. They are CMU, Georgia State and Toledo, in that order. IMHO.

Home is always an advantage. A big, loud Bronco crowd could make the difference.

Well, 7 morons may favor us -- but this early in the season, betting odds don't mean much for 1-poss games.
Last year we were favored, and look what happened there (although I don't know if 7 morons favored us...)
I do not expect to go 3-0 against GA-Southern, @CMU, and Toledo. I can only realistically expect 2-1 for a good result. World won't end going 1-2, and beating NIU + not making any mistakes @Akron or @BSU.

RE: Post game interview with P.J.
I'm hoping the majority of the reason for last season's butt-whooping was the 'letdown' following the long hyped MSU home game. And maybe not taking GSU seriously enough while looking ahead a little to OSU.
These things are, and will be, correctable.
Still, GSU is equivalent to MAC's upper tier, and would likely win the MAC East. We've had a year to review film and remedy whatever "confused" us from GSU's offense.
So motivation and payback won't be a factor this year, that's a plus. But these guys are solid.

DE, hopefully you understand the joke of calling them Georgia State. We deal with it all the time. I was simply piling on...
