No way. I'm assuming he has a 4-5 year contact. What kind of new coach can you get firing after 5 total games as a new coach. Every coach needs 4 years unless you're talking a complete meltdown.

I didn't say after this week, but if ECU ain't good enough to beat UCF then they probably aren't winning any of the next 3 (@USF, Navy on a short week, @Cincy). Reach 2-6 with a 6 game losing streak and 0-4 in conference and you are pretty close to complete meltdown, it probably gets the AD fired (who is already in a tough spot with the way he fired Ruff and having a new boss himself), and then yeah Mo will be looking for work probably quicker than most think (probably less than 3 full seasons).

We are not the 0-12 team that you guys witnessed last year. Spread is -4 so the gamblers think we are pretty even matched.

I think that says more about ECU.
