Researched this out of curiosity. Grothe is behind Brohm, Teel, Dorsey and Nassib on the Big East all time passing list.
Dorsey is head and shoulders the best college QB the Big East ever had. Threw for 1,000 more yards than Grothe. Threw for 34 more TD's and 16 less picks while winning a Natl Champ.
But maybe that post was a joke?
Total Offense, Grothe is the all time leader. BJ Daniels is #3.
