No, @ Lafayette wasn't mentioned. You literally have to agree that they're the University of Louisiana. Rest assured I couldn't bring myself to complete the form. LOL

The problem is neither of the Florida schools have ever built a true fan base or tradition. I know WKU brings every incoming class into our stadium with the cheerleaders coaches and president and learns the WKU fight song like its a big party. It's the little things like that that make people fall in love with what the school has to offer.

FIU and FAU are twin commuter schools that do not have large on campus populations. I did by BS and MS at FAU I did not live a week on campus. Besides, FAU only started playing in 2000 and FIU - in 2001. We'll get there. It will take a while.

UTEP has 21 national titles to its athletics credit. 17 of those national titles occurred under track and field head coach Ted Banks. Coach Banks passed away on Thursday night, August 25, 2016. Rest in peace, good sir.

I am a fan of UAB because of our shared history on the hardwood and through Coach Bartow. Birmingham is also a fun roadtrip.
