If you go back and look at what the ISU President has said prior to this, you will find him being "conservative" in his timelines and thoughts on expansion. He also has been not in favor of Houston being a member. I believe that it is obvious why this is dragging out which is #13 and #14 have become a problem due to BYU. Their inclusion may have included Boise. Now that is off the table, most likely, so they are back trying to figure out which two to add to go along with the two already picked. I know everyone wants it to be announced now but you don't see any panic of angst from our side. That is another great sign...if you pay attention to that stuff.
