I had an old high school classmate that got caught at a church upskirting young girls. He had a camcorder mounted to a tripod. He claimed he was using it to film church classes but would walk around afterwards striking up conversations with young girls, holding the folded up tripod upside down with the camera still rolling. Sad!

So any word on whether they are getting this guy the help he needs to stop looking up women's dresses?
