I don't know how familair y'all are with Wilmington but the trump rally was the biggest gathering I have ever seen at trask. Combine that with the 5000 people outside and there were 10 to 12 thousand people there. Our entire media market is about 200,000 in a 5 county area so it is fair to say 5% of our media market was at the rally today. The only thing that can compare is our annual high school football jamboree to kick off the season and that involves people coming and going.

I think it's interesting he's in North Carolina. Ohio, PA, Florida, I understand. And I see Pence is making some appearances in Wisconsin and other midwest states which makes sense because that's his stronghold.

But Trump in NC should send up a red flag as that state has gone red 8 of the last 9 elections (all but 2008). I also heard a note from my brother the political pundit that Trump has bought air time in just 17 states right now, which doesn't seem like a lot since his fund raising has gotten better.

Fair point. But NC is a must win for him. Gotta show it a little love as Clinton has been aggressive here

If Clinton takes NC it will have become an electoral rout. If Trump wins NC he has a chance.

You can't cram 2000 people on the floor during a basketball game. Also the blizzard area was notorious for ticket sellouts. People buy season tickets for homecoming or the Michael Jordan wizards pre-season scrimmage and don't use the rest. Always frustrated me we had empty seats and people outside who wanted to come in
