Notice that top-end speed? He outran everyone on the field in those first three highlights. That's what makes him such a threat and a real top NFL prospect. Big and strong, but also surprisingly fast.

And to Fleck's credit, he has developed an offensive system around the skill-sets of his players allowing Zach to succeed. He is not a system absolutist like so many coaches.

WMU's offense is fast and fun, but it also can be physical and punishing when necessary.
