This has happened since 1988 (overall football records from 1989-2015):

WMU: 162-152-2 (.513)
CMU: 152-163-6 (.475)

A winning percentage of 51% over nearly 30 years is nothing to brag about, but if the conversation is about futility, we've got company.

lol

Yes, you most certainly do. Perhaps Ken Barna can stop by and the two of you can commiserate a bit?

Thanks.

From the CMU perspective, then, a 48% winning percentage over 27 seasons is something to which we all should aspire 03-lmfao Way to set that bar high.

On a related note, CMU is still trying to clear that bar this decade: 33-42 (.440) in the 2010s.

Bottom line is WMU has won three straight against CMU and 4 of the last 5. It also leads the all-time series against CMU by a significant margin.

WMU has also never lost a game 82-6.

WMU. Better team. Better program.

lol

No, the bottom line is as follows: we have won SEVEN MAC championships, and there isn't a person here who believes 1 > 7. Pat yourselves on the back as often as you like regarding your modest accomplishments on the gridiron, but facts are facts - CHAMPIONSHIPS matter most.

Thanks, and good day.

If championships matter so much in Mount Pleasant, why doesn't CMU have a single coach or player who has been part of those championships?

Apparently, the tradition you value is meaningless to your athletic director.

Meanwhile, WMU has been dominating you. Better team. Better program.

The guy who had his azz handed to him was CMU's defensive coordinator (who has never been part of a MAC Championship at CMU) during the 8 minute drive to close the game last fall.

The better team, and superior program, won.
