The other one sort of floated away in a round of flooding last month. Insurance is covering it.

Who would have thought you'd need flood insurance in a town based at the top of a ridge?

A man who looks at flood maps would tell you that you would.

Well I don't think the stadium itself is in the flood zone. The field being in a big hole in the ground might raise some suspicions of potential water damage.

This is the second time insurance has paid for a field. The first one the insurance company ended up going after the people who built the St. Bernard's clinic next to the stadium because the driver of a concrete truck cleaned his truck out there and filled the drainage line with concrete.

Everything is in a flood zone.

Some are high risk and some are low risk.

The stadium is however in a low risk zone.

I try and take care of my pals.

Of course, if he keeps bumping "Grexit" on our board then all bets are off.
