Oh how Wrong you are my uneducated friend....Over the Rhine is now a destination point....Craft Breweries ...Great Restaurants....New condos and apartments...largest historic district in the country...a $45,000,000 renovation of Washington Park...a multi million dollar renovation of Music Hall...Entertainment District...construction of a street car system that connects Over the Rhine with the Business District and the waterfront sports stadiums...next time before you spout misinformed comments..do some research

OTR is one of the fastest gentrifying hoods in the USA. One of the restaurant owners recently paid 1 Million for a duplex and is converting it back to a single family. OTR is 200K to 1.2 Million, from a 1 BR 1 BR
to a 3BR and up, house or condo.
You need a calculator to keep track of all of the restaurants and bars that have opened. Washington Park renovation was 100% top shelf.
