They didn't win conference or bowl game but get rings? I guess Houston by proxy is the king of Florida

I think Tulsa got rings for the Independence Bowl. 2 or 3 years ago Ok State had rings for a bowl game they lost. Apparently it's a thing. I think it's dumb to get a ring for a game you lost. And I'm a millennial.

FSU in the ring giveaway mood.

Remaining one step ahead of Santa Claus before the year is over, brilliant FSU.

I thought it was commonplace for both teams in a bowl to get rings... Of course only the winners will say 'bowl champions'

Maybe they wear it on their dongs with a weight on it to remind them of their rightful place in this world.

13-2-2 all-time record between Houston and the Semenholes.

They are P5; have more money to spare on such things for players.

Yet the seminoles fans kept trying to say how we were insignificant to them.

It is at most universities. Perhaps Houston doesn't do it.

A lot of it comes down to NCAA rules about Bowl Game Gifts. I know the Astro-Bluebonnet Bowl used to award the winning and losing teams identical rings.

RE: FSU rings celebrate Houston defeat
I wonder if FSU's rings feature the 2-2-13 record they have versus the Coogs.

Seminole Nation Domination.

Maybe the Cougs just award their coach a new grill win or lose the bowl game.

Hey be fair now herman made a bet with rapper Paul wall that he would get the grill. For Paul wall to make one of his signature grills for some one is a big deal. Only a winner like herman gets one.
