I meant D1, Pitt, Colorado, Penn St. (2) Michigan (2) Minnesota (4) and #6 will be BYU. Should have Syracuse on that list

In 1964-65, Arkansas and Alabama went undefeated during the regular season. The AP named their National Champ at the end of the regular season=Alabama. The Crimson Tide went on to lose their Bowl game to #5 Texas. Arkansas beat #7 Nebraska in their Bowl and beat #5 Texas during the regular season. The Football Writers named Arkansas their National Champion. In the 1965-66 season, the AP started naming their National Champion after all the Bowls were completed.

I thought Ark was in there somewhere... This record vs natl champs should be published in the media guide. Kind of cool.
