OK, which one of you jokers put a For Sale sign in front of Pastner's house??? Should've gone all out and also parked a moving van there in the middle of the night.

If that house was in central gardens or off shady grove then it would be listed for a little over a million

the house across from me in Central Gardens is up for 900k, and it's a steal...

Do you have to join the cult if you buy it?

I think the problem in Memphis is that there are too few people able to afford a $200K house.

Maybe so. My woman and I bought a 100K house near around Memphis and we are perfectly happy with the house. I'm glad its cheap to live around here as most of us do not have the luxury to live expensively.

I want one of the smaller bungalow houses on Rosemary Ln...they go for under 200k, and that's about the cheapest you'll find.

Then you actually would live in central gardens.

BTW central gardens inventory is low right now for sub 400k houses - lots of houses under contract and going on the market for a day or two.

Central and Melrose (where I live) is Central Gardens...

as usual you don't know what you're talking about.

if you live in the venue (aka university towers) you are in annesdale snowden . The brubakers who live next to you are the end of central gardens. west of melrose and south of central is annesdale-snowden. your apartment building looks over central gardens but it ain't part of the neighborhood.

I'm not at the Venue, that's Lamar and Central...Ashlar Hall is between them, and Townhouse (building with the balconies), which is at Central and Melrose...that said, I don't own the place, so I'm not super concerned.

I mean, the 'central gardens historic district' sign is at Central and Melrose.

I think that furniture is provided by a professional staging company. I think the Pastner clan has long moved out.

Different strokes for different folks, but I'm not sure why you would want to live all the way out there...especially if you don't play golf.

Cal and Fuente lived close to the university. I heard that Tubby is also looking close to the school.

I heard that Dave Joerger lived in Tipton County. I just can't imagine having to make that commute on a regular basis.
Dave Joerger lived not far from me in Millington!!

His house was off of Pleasant Ridge between Austin Peay and Singleton Pkwy. His wife loves horses and they had stables on the property.

Did Josh ever have the players in his home? I doubt it, way out there. Tubby and his wife said they plan to have players in their home on a regular basis...big difference.

Some of the SW homes are going for less per square foot than my East Memphis homes.

Cheddars had terrible service, I don't think the area had anything to do with it.

The area has everything to do with who you will be able to hire as your rank and file employee.

I know a whole bunch of folks who work at Ruby Tuesday in Hickory Hill...they all live in Germantown/Collierville...same with the Lowe's over there.

There were videos and pictures - Memphis roar had some that were posted here and there were more from the athletic department's marketing

That must be the cheapest house at Southwind

Values of houses at Southwind have crashed. His house sold for almost $2 million when it was built. Even at $750,000 he is losing money. He paid $800,000.

Annexation ?

he's not worried about taking a loss...we ALL know that

Snuck that in there, +3 for a good solid laugh.
